    Steyr Pro Hunter

Has anyone had any experience with a Steyr Pro Hunter rifle, have seen a 2nd hand one in .270 for $500 and it seems too cheap to me, are they any good? Better than a T3 or Howa?

They were like $4k RRP weren't they? For that price I would be making sure it wasn't stolen or fucked.

Yep, they are certainly not budget rifles, check it carefully, seems strange that it would be that cheap?

I just hate what they look like!

Was one s/h sold here recently for 1800, 260. think you could buy them for about 26-28 new.
First gen stock very flexible , second gen better.
    New ones run about 900USD.

We had two of these as work rifles in .223 for anyone to use if they needed too (goat culling), both are totally fucked now! They would have to be the most over priced crap rifle to ever exist. No point sugar coating it...stay well clear is my advise.

So after closer inspection it's a Steyr M-III Professional. If anyone wants it it's at Richmond Stirling Sports for $500, 2 mags. Has seen a little use so I couldn't justify it over a new Howa
