    Stg44 who cares... blah blah

Can you believe our country wants to destroy this iconic/museum artefact from the tyranny of evil!

Could you loan it to a museum in the hope this coalition of losers will be gone along with globalism and climate change ideology in due course.

It is a piece of history.

Transfer it to a P endorsement holder, then at least it can be sold at auction should you not be interested in having it anymore.

I was told by someone that had a historical semi (he wasn't going for a p endorsement), that he had a p endorsed buyer lined up but the police wouldnt issue a permit to procure to the buyer as the firearm was not registered as a p. Ended up getting crushed.

Similar story with a p endorsed pest controller. They were not allowed to source a firearm or mags from some one that was handing them in. Would have to get an import permit and source offshore.

Best to check with the "authorities" to see what their current "policy" is. Hopefully common sense has started to kick in...but I doubt it.

Donate to deerstalkers might be an option they have museum status now to save historical semis.

You are well within your rights to destroy it yourself. Give it to @gundoc or other qualified gunsmith to turn into a certified non-firearm.

Paradoxically, in some way you may then have even more joy out of it as you can enjoy it on your wall over the fireplace every day from now.

P/C is pending. Hopefully I get it.

I would seriously consider deactivating them if we were legally aloud to but we are not. No legislation or guides to be followed. Then I could hang them in the lounge. Mrs would love it!!!!

Not trying to be smart but just looked up buyback price and its $9000....

Most prices I've seen advertised on the buy back are very much in the sellers favour so I imagine $9000 is pretty good?

Will you genuinely donate this gun to a museum or collector if you are unsuccessfull with P endorsement or is you post all smoke and no fire??

Won’t get that value. It’s considered old/used just due to age. Which is BS as I would I consider it new old stock. They were made quite hastily and cheaply and it shows. But it also shows that the valuers don’t know what they are looking at. I would surrender and buy some more non prohibited items from Germany ww2. A couple of daggers maybe.

    That's just....

I don't know what to say. IMHO if it's collectible it's worth new. These go UP in value not down.

Agreed. They would never get it. Don’t worry boys I won’t let it get destroyed. It’s just a shame it has to face this fate.. again.
