    I would seriously consider deactivating them if we were legally aloud to but we are not. No legislation or guides to be followed. Then I could hang them in the lounge. Mrs would love it!!!!

    Yes, in NZ there is no legal category of "deactivated firearm". Gundoc has however in the past thoroughly destroyed firearms and has supplied certificates with these ex-firearm wall-hangers that they're "not a firearm". Cops have so far not taken customers to task because they know Gundoc will show up in court and back up his certificate. In this age of changing goal posts however...
