    Unhappy Stuck Ejector?

Hey, anyone had a stuck ejector on a Rem700 bolt? Mine must have some rust build up as I FINALLY got my shooter together only to have the first round hard to chamber. I guess it was the ejector compressing into the bolt and is now stuck. I tried to give it a tap in to free it up but its just gone in deeper! Its soaking in Kroil overnight and I've taken out the roll pin but there is nowhere else to get some purchase. FUCKIN THING!!
    Any ideas?

    Stuck Ejector?

    Bloody tiny phone

G-force will get it out, kroil is great to free it a little, then tap it on a custom wood plank, it will move.

On the subject - I had mine stick on one of the guns that hadnt been used for a while
WD 40 and as 7mm said a lump of wood

I eventually stripped the bolt down and it was FULL of junk - dunno how or why as it is a range queen.

You didnt buy the bolt of Crzyman did you, it may have been his Super 22-243 Spaceship and the spring is well compressed

    Stuck Ejector?

Got the fucker sorted thanks to Jeremy at Hamills. Plenty of gunk in it but not badly corroded. I had a Sako extractor fitted after the clip thing broke and now it all looks the part but does not really fling the brass out. When I first got it the ejector was removed so I wonder if the spring was changed for a weaker one? Any other tricks to get the brass out better?

The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds
