Here's my DPT that I've been running on my 20" 270win for 7 years. Probably had at least 50 rounds through it. Baffles in order of disassembly. If I was going with a new suppressor I'd get a stainless baffle for the first one.
Makes a huge difference to the noise of the shot. Takes all the boom out of it so it's tolerable without hearing protection. Still use ear plugs on the range though.
Thanks Rumpy, out of interest, why would a stainless baffle reduce the blast and noise more? How does that work? Is it about, weight, metal density of a stainless baffle.
Maybe friwi could chime in if he's about. Love the dpts on my gear.
