About LinkBacksas others have said you'll lose a little performance the smaller the cal the worse it will be ie a 223 trough a 30 cal (308 suppressor) will be worse than a 6.5 trough a 30cal suppressor having said that a 30cal should be fine on all 3 as far as being able to shoot without muffs goes
