Supressor Designs

Just put a suppressor on my 308, with the usual fixed baffle arrangement. The only other supressed rifle I have is a 22. The 22 silencer (unique) uses moving baffles and springs and with subsonics all you hear is the action with super sonic ammo just a little whip crack. Does anyone know if that spring type is used for centrefire rifles, it seems quite efficient.

No they don't use springs. There is too much pressure generated in a centerfire

Just ordered extra baffles from the Tok Kid to put on our cans [223 x3]

springs are pointless,anything will suppress a 22lr
