    Swarovski companion problems

Morning guys, just wondering if any has owned a pair of swaro companion cl and had a problem with them cracking through the Center by the focus adjustment. Had 2 sets now and have both done the same thing.
Also what’s Swarovski nz stance on these types of issues?
    Cheers

If the nz swaro doesn’t sort them you can download the repair form off the Swarovski optik website and send them direct, they usually fix for free or charge a very small portion of the repair cost. Express postage was around $70

first pair i got from hunting and fishing Dunedin while i was working down there current pair is an insurance job, thinking getting them replaced or repaired may be cheaper than my excess.

I would contact the factory and send direct, I've done this with several German optics it was cheaper and faster, factory experts did the work for free with great service and results.

    Just my experience.

    thanks guys,

ive contacted JP Klaus, area sales manager recommended by MSL. Just need to get him some details so ill see what comes of it.
Not sure im too hot with the idea of sticking with the same model but i see swarovski have redesigned the so maybe it was a common issue?
