    Clever, yes. Practical, never.
Me. My NXS is almost a kilo. I'd far rather have a good quality scope with high magnification and reliable dialling than a small, light, low magnification number just because it's light. Plenty of other places where weight can be saved.

No, not really. A ultrlight rifle with a submarine pig on top is still useless.
The Z5 is the opposite, light and crisp with a mushy BT turret.
The NXS is OK if you're Chris Kyle, but mediocre if you don't have a Hummer to lug it everywhere.
    Savage1 and Danny like this.
The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds

My blaser is very light, just under 7 lbs as I carry it.😆
Special Jimmie's Blaser had a huge Premier scope on it last time I seen it with the dust off it.😆

    You won't be disappointed.
    Really happy with mine.

When walking from A to B while hunting I am constantly checking that I am carrying my rifle😆

A noticeable difference in weight with no loss of performance.

How heavy when you attach the scope and bolt assembly?

Ha 😆 Who carries a rifle with no bolt and scope?

Without a suppressor she is under 7lbs.
With a suppressor and a LR scope it is just over 7.5lbs.

Might have something to do with a carbon wrapped barrel and carbon stock😆

Exactly. Heavy rifles need heavy scopes. Blaser/Swarovski combo = perfect.
My left arms 100mm longer now though.

Stug stock on the wish list.
