I agree with MSL. Buy a stand alone pair of Binos. Technology in range finders is lightening fast. You will end up with an out dated pair in no time. I have the 10 x 42 EL’s and believe they are excellent ( I had a pair of 8x30 SLC’s for 30 years before that)
In saying that if I was to buy a new pair now I would opt for the 10 x 32 EL’s. You don’t compromise the power but you get a smaller package. In my opinion the perfect NZ bino.
Southcity,, If you had a chance to compare....how obvious was the difference looking through your older slc compared to the newer el?????
