Thread: Sweaty Box

My ex left her gun safe in my house after she left so I'm still using it.
Problem is that every time I put my long-guns into her box they get moisture on them...
No matter how much lubricating oil or vaseline I use, they still have sweaty condensation running down them.

But I finally found the solution...I wrap my long-gun in a condom-like gun-sock which then goes inside her sweaty box. Each 'sock' is silicone impregnated so it stops the moisture and the friction damage from rubbing against each other.

6 packets of gun socks for NZ$62 ex AU so NZ$10 each. They are 4" wide which was enough to fit over all my scoped rifles (note: I don't sell or make any money off these things).
