Hey team trying to decide between the Pard or Sytong 25mm thermals in the 380 pixel range
How do they compare both in perforce and ergonomics?
I’m a lefty and the Pard doesn’t have the lrf on the side so means it can be used left handed. Sytong seems a little more compact and perhaps a tad lighter but has that LRF on the left side.
Interested to hear feedback before purchasing. Looking to purchase Sunday night in hope I can get one in my hands for a hunt next weekend

I have bought three of these over the past 2 months.
Delivery is 8 - 12 days.
Cannot offer any comparison with Sytong.
These Pantera's are the 3rd generation of Pard thermal scopes that I have owned and I have only "upgraded" as the technology has advanced.

Same prices just with GST which should be collected on imports anyway -
Plus you have a warranty and service in New Zealand; buy overseas and you have to send it overseas
Sytong pard HIK are all at this weekends fishing hunting 4x4 expo in Rotorua. Opportunity to check out the options.

I have a Pard TA32LRF and I chose this over the Sytong purely for it's appearance of being slightly more compact design with the LRF tucked under the lens, so I gave away a slight bit of performance for my preferences.

I picked up a new Sytong from Ken on Friday night, these things are unbelievable & worth the extra coin vs the Pard, both use 18650 battery’s.
Better sensor and rangefinder on the Sytong, buy once cry once.
They’re both expensive but you might as well buy the better option.
I’m right handed but you can easily use it with your left hand without interfering with the rangefinder (I just tried it)
You don’t have to use the strap, you’d probably be better taking it off being a lefty.
If your a lefty u will use it on your right eye so your shooting eye is ready to look thru scope. Just note the pard uses 18650 but the unprotected ones so normal ones in spotlight or headlamp won't fit so u need to by more. Hik fits standard 18650 don't know about sytong. I use pard and like it but don't use the better thermals as u will want one of them as they way better. The units you looking at are good entry level. I couldn't justify the extra cost of sytong

I guess that justifies the SUPER SENSITIVE description of the Sytong Sensor.
