    The laser rangefinder on my Sytong AM03-35LR thermal scope has become hit-and-miss.

    It used to work out to a few hundred metres at least. Now it might get me a range below 60m but not always. The softer the surface the more it struggles.

    But even on a steel trailer at 50m, it might give me a distance, or it might not.

    Touch and go.

    Has anybody experienced that with this brand or any other brand? I’m wondering if the laser is failing.

    It’s a failed LRF unit. Send it back to us and we’ll replace it and recalibrate straight away. Emailed you also with return address.
