Theres a couple of guys on my current site who is going to some employment tribunal mediation or something for simulating an erection with a sealant sausage and rubbing said simulated erection on a subcontractors buttocks in a sexual manner the second guy is attending for forcing an embrace on the guy later in the afternoon when he was sulking about it to make him feel better.
