Good stuff Ginga. Id be interested in the process you used to send your scope away. Ive got a VX11c 2-7 that doesn’t seem to hold zero . I did ask at the local shop about the process but the guy seemed a bit “ unkeen”.

I phoned NZ Asia trading and they specified which store to return them through, the store was initially hesitant but I had bought both scopes off trademe and not from said store, however I basically just explained that that was what NZ Asia had instructed and that I was fine with paying the shipping cost. I fell like they just wanted to make sure they weren’t paying the shipping on items they didn’t sell, which is entirely fair.

Put in a padded box and send to -
