Thread: These barska scopes any good?

Everything I have read about Barska indicates they suck shit. I'd be looking at something like a Nikon Buckmaster if I wanted to go cheap.

Pretty sure they are the same as some of the BSA scopes made.
I had a BSA HOT17. Was OK, on a 17HMR with the range turret on it. Worked as stated. Glass was as expected (entry level coke bottle) but I shot plenty of rabbits with it. Sold it as I did not like the 17HMR rather than the scope. Would not recommend for a bush rifle as it did not feel as though it would take any abuse. Varminting on a farm should be fine just don't expect to get many on dusk/dawn.

i also have a bsa sweet 22 series scope think its similar too the.17hmr and the eye relief is disgusting and the whole dail in your bullet crap is bull shit, i have no idea why i still own it. but some cheap scope can be worth there money but its like the lottery very miss and miss
