Think something is missing from trigger unit?

Just received this and was giving it a tidy up and I think there is ment to be another small nut below the trigger?all the google pictures look like there should be one..will this affect the trigger mechanism with it not being there?looks like it may have been broken off in the past?Name: image.jpg

yip mines like dannybs.......ASSUMPTION is its just a threaded rod because of the notch on terminal end..assumably to thread jolly thing into action to begin with. it wont be hard to find a replacement, thread will be same as the nuts
if you CANNOT find one,let me know and I shall strip mine out...but dannybs one would be quicker to get.
it may affect things as trigger pulls it back...have a tootoo and see.

Trigger seems to function as it is ( goes click when I pull it)haven’t shot it yet though, just giving it a tidy up before I get it chopped and threaded for suppressor,it’s gonna be for my boy to use so want it working as it should..

I have just spent a little time playing with one of these. I believe it is simply missing a lock nut for the threaded shaft. The shaft adjusts overtravel of the trigger. The two nuts behind adjust spring tension/trigger weight. Happy to be corrected if I'm wrong. Trigger will work fine without it but probably worth replacing.

Yea that’s the one, have removed it and it is threaded into the trigger as well as having the adjusting nut and locking nut, definitely had the overtravel nut and thread snapped off!!got solution in the pipeline now though..next will be the crappy hot glue bedding from factory I guess, and recoil pad that fits.

@The bomb it's a pretty simple system but seems to work. You could probably get away with loctite if you can't source a locknut?.Let us know how the bedding job goes, have been considering one on my gun too.

Sorry to divert the thread, but imagine importing that lock nut and paying in excess of $500 for the permit... You have less than 2 days to give feedback!
