About LinkBacksOne thing to consider is bolt lift, if you are used to a 90 degree bolt lift, you might find the lower lift of the MkV a bit different, the cocking effort is the main contributor to the feel. I couldn't really get fond of my Ruger RPR due to this factor. No doubt that the Weatherby will be better timed and finished (so smoother) than a RPR but you can't beat the physics of it.
Definitely not a deal killer . . . just one more thing
