Had 2970 with 2225 and 180 eldm in a 24 inch rem mag. Was a fairly warm load but no pressure signs. Didn’t go very high with 26, stopped at 2850 as it was very accurate.

was 74gr of 2225 for 0.2moa very accurate. was loaded long so not a mag fit load. started at 72.5 gr but changed powder lots and needed to go to 74 to replicate velocity and accuracy.
you might find this interesting some quickload and pressure data

Thanks @Benji. Yes have read that thread. I would be happy with 2900 FPS. I have loaded up to 72gr for my ladder test to fit my mag length. Will report back when I mange to find some time to shoot them.
i found in that particular rifle the groups opened up to 0.5moa at mag length, the bergers liked the jump at mag length though.
That makes me feel better about my 175eldx load in the finnlight years ago I went up to 74 2225 and looking back for the weight thought that must be far to hot and I could never get it to shoot again in the same brass but didn't seem to get the obvious pressure signs how much 26 was that 68 69?
