For the most part, the suppressors are good. But it was not an employee that provided the service I experienced, but the boss so unless they have replaced him.....
I was not going to go into detail, but I had a Hardy's suppressor that when used, would leave a coating of soot on the outside of the barrel. I contacted him to see what could be done to stop this and because the suppressor / rifle was second hand I explained I did not expect it to be covered by warranty. His reply was "our suppressors dont do that, it must be the rifle. Well I checked and there are no holes to cause that leak in my barrel!!!!!! He was not even prepared to deal with the idea it may by faulty. Service like that does not deserve a customer to return when there are many viable alternatives out there.
(Afterwards we found the swarf from threading had not been cleared from where the barrel sleeve is threaded to the internals at the muzzle end and was not sealed because of this so it was an error in manufacture)
I still maintain the every business will make a mistake at some point. It is how that company deals with the mistakes that sets them apart from others. And he set is apart from all the others that provide any sort of service or customer satisfaction.
