Thread: Tikka 7mm rem mag vs tikka 300wsm-270wsm

someone who currently shoots recoilless .260 and has never shot anything bigger than a .308 SHOULD listen....at very least PLEASE try a few rounds through one of the bigger rifles you are looking at....I say this as Ive seen more than one fella go big then develop flinch soon afterwards..... easy to get and plurry hard to cure..... thus my are you sure you need the extra range/grunt/recoil........ I know more than one waterfowler who went out and bought 3" or even 3 1/2" chambered guns who now shoot 2 3/4" loads most of the time as they just dont need the extra recoil to get the results........
