They are simply too heavy. Add a suppressor as most kiwis do and the scope and rings and it will be well over 5 kg. That is the total opposite of light weight and not practical

Yes, but the ACE chassis design is aimed at the precision rifle market. Where weight is desirable as are all the features shown, bag rider, big/harsh barricade stop, M-lok rails, integral ARCA rail on fore end, adjustable butt stock, thumbrest, enlarged bolt knob... the list goes on.
Not general hunting. The standard T1x MTR is the lightweight and practical variant as it comes in factory standard.
