The whole back-end (buttstock to grip) is lacking the important features which make a chassis more desirable than a stock, the ability to configure the rifle to fit the shooter.

Tikka
Attachment 267238
What I am seeing (or not seeing) on the Tikka offering:
- Very small bag rider area (I'm sure the aftermarket will solve this)
- No rear frame to add rigidity (wobble in buttstock is very bad)
- No buttpad tilt/cant
Very long trigger reach, thumbshelf bit appears to be a token offering.
- If they were serious, AICS should be offered. Even Bergara realises this.
- They could have offered an actual MDT stock like many other manufacturers are doing (Savage, Bergara, Howa). But no, the Beretta way is everything has to be proprietary.
A UK dealer seems to think they will be £1,550 which explains a lot (less than the TAC A1)...
