Thread: Tikka LA bolt stop

oh rite u've answered my next question in your second post crzyman. I was hoping I could get a mag that was the same width as the Short Magnum one but just longer. Thats a bit of a bugger. Surely there are some cases the same case width but longer. Mind you Tikka may not accommodate these cartridges....

Hori, at present Im not sure how long it is to the lands with the Accubonds or VLD's as Im waiting on the Modified case to get here to check.
I did have a play a while ago to get in the lands and it was only just ejectable. But keep in mind it was a real rough way of measuring OAL for touching.

Yea that was my plan to file back until it picks the round up, was just wondering if there was a good length to go. (but thinking now its better to do it to suit the rifle).
