Just a quick question are all the T3 magazines the same internal dimensions ie width not length mainly 7mm rem mag and 300WSM

Had a 300win mag rebarreled to 338wsm AI, and I had to get a 300wsm mag, the chop the back out as it was too short for the projectiles I was using

Thanks for that Yea looking like I'll have to do the same for my 7mmsaum and seem too fat for the 7mm rem mag one that I have.

Yep will definitely be too fat. You shouldn't need to chop the back out of it the 300wsm mag though.

Yea just cut the back out and glued a new bit in and used the rem mag follower cut back a bit as the 300WSM was too short.

For my future reference, how did you cut the back out?

Took it apart and used a small coping saw cut along the inside towards the back each side about half way then a sharp knife along the top.
Snapped it out file the inside walls and shorten the the top bit back by filing. Then glued some plastic packers inside and the original bit on top. Added about 5mm of length to the mag.
