    Tikka magazines

Hey quick question for those with a "large" magazine for a t3 tikka. What id the internal width of the mag?
I'm wondering if I can get a wsm width case into say a 7mm RM mag.
It will save me extending a new one...

ID is a shade over 13mm just in front of the lips on the rem mag, as measured with $5 tape measure

    Tikka magazines

Keen to hear the result @puku

I seem to remember not being able to fit the WSM's in a T3 .270 mag.

Yea I don't think it will work. Mine measures a rough 14mm out just over. My 223 mag is actually a "sm" with a metal insert in.
    It's a shame tikka don't Chamber a full Magnum

I will have a look if I get a chance today I have a couple of magazines in all the sizes.

You should be able to lengthen the WSM one like I do the .223 ones.
Contact me for reloading components, brass, projectiles, powder, primers, etc

my T3 7mmSAUM is using a long magnum magazine. Snug fit in the mag but functions perfectly
If it's not a first round hit you need to practice more
