@Paddy79 my POS tikka bushpig shoots a 10 shot 0.6" group. Why pay over twice the price for a gun that i doubt could shoot better only to say i own a sako?

Because there is more to a rifle than just accuracy. Besides, there are plenty of people out there to whom a few grand is neither here nor there. If someone wants a Sako for it's quality or whatever reason and they can afford it then good on them.

I can't stand it any longer, my feelings are hurt and I feel betrayed! I don't want to brag but I can shoot fifteen inch groups with my tikka at twenty meters..... @Biggun708 is my witness. Tikkas are the greatest firearms ever produced and those who think otherwise are being ignorant. Now, since I was always taught from a young age to share my toys with the lesser privileged - i am offering to trade my tikka t3x with your sako 75 and $500 cash my way. Be quick, don't miss this once in a lifetime opportunity. PM me with your name and number to go in the draw. Winner to be announced tomorrow, midday!

By law, you are required to turn on your headlights if it's raining in Sweden.

How the hell am I supposed to know if it's raining in Sweden?

I was starting to think this was turning into the *other* forum where the only acceptable rifle is a T3 with a VX1 on it and if you dare suggest that anything else might be better (or better value) you get shouted at.

I have not read all this thread but an alien would think you were a cross between Mother Teresa and an elephant to weather the genuine kiwi hunters invective.Unbelievable.

Group sizes and ballistics has nothing to do with why an animal dies when hit by a bullet fired from a tikka.

It's purely the embarrassment that kills.

This thread cracks me up, it was ment to be about Beretta sales policy but for some reason guys have got their heckles up. I wonder if all the NZ hunting magazines cop a bit of sh#t about all the Tikka photos kills. The Tikka’s now are the Lee Enfield of last century, gets the job done with no fuss. And because there are so many Tikka haters Beretta NZ and the retailers need to drop the price on them

Pricing has not yet been announced, however I do know it I saw a number thrown out there in this thread, and it does fall within that range.
It should be public early this week - so just hang in there and you should know soon.
As far as ETA. Current ETA is (you guys are not going to like this). April/May.

Are you aloud to give an approximation on number of units or will that damage FOMO sales?

Please stick around on the forum....you could come in handy

This thread is not indicative of the forum in general....ok maybe it is a bit, but you just need to see threw the bulshit and tongue in cheek comments and it is generally a good place to hangout.
