Thread: Tikka t1X - Beretta NZ sales policy

So I just went into my local "independant" gun store to see if I could pre-order a Tikka T1x. The owner lip dropped when I asked and he explained that Beretta NZ won't supply him.

Well F*uck Beretta NZ and Beretta generally, they can take their Tikka's , Sako's and other assorted shit and shove em' where the sun don't shine. Thats because by only selling there stuff through H&F etc they can control the price,and guess what, we are the ones who get bent over and reamed.

I have bought my last Beretta product (and Swaro who are doing the same thing) until this changes. Normally I'd think about grey imports which is perfectly possible but I feel it just rewards their predatory behavior.

Probably fuck all. They let full get taken over by Caltex so they're not exactly doing wonders for the consumer by enforcing competition. Or fletcher for that matter. And super markets.

Just because 'old mate' from Invercargill cant get Beretta to supply him doesn't mean that they supply exclusively through H&F.

Apply some critical thought to the situation for once, see if your original post makes sense. Hopefully you are smart enough to realise what is painfully obvious to most others....Hopefully......

And besides, the OP deserves to get stitched up, he wants to buy a piece of shit Tikka.

I have no doubt that all your tikka’s are very accurate and indeed ‘work’.

Further, my opinion is just that, my opinion.

You don’t have to justify why you love your tikkas to me.

Although, deep down I suspect you all secretly agree with me, hence the militant responses justifying your choice each time I say they’re rubbish

Back to my main point, only a retard would believe ‘old mate’ shop owner was telling the truth when he said Beretta only sold through H&F and then alledgedly call them to say they were shit for doing so. Especially when 5 seconds of searching online would prove ‘old mate independent shop owner’ a liar.

Proudkiwi you are an arse or at least your head is up it - just my opinion but you have pretty much proven it with your posts.

As far as the shop owner goes, he's not able to get supply from Beretta NZ period, he's not a liar. Notice I didn't say other independents don't, I did check their website first, and I know first hand of another that does.

I don't own another Tikka (have in the past) or a Sako (have in the past) but there is a reason they are popular, and their new T1x 22 has some pretty interesting features, hence my thought of a pre-order.

Its a poor sort of bastard that does down another mans gear (except that you're not a man just a lily-livered keyboard warrior) someone needs to take you out on the hill and make you cry like the baby you are.
