Thread: Tikka T3 bolts

I have two T3's - and have never had a problem with the bolt coming out in the bush or anywhere else for that matter.

The bolt goes in the rifle as soon as it comes out of the rifle case or softbag and comes out of the rifle when the rifle goes back in the bag - or before I enter a hut ( in which case it goes in the butt bag along with the magazine

I dont know where all this gibbering about bolts coming out of T3's comes from.

If you were really paranoid I would imagine you could drill a hole in the bolt removal button and place a locking pin in there so thing could never come out by accident ....
