    How long have you been having these feelings? Have you experienced some recent trauma that may be affecting your ability to make decisions? Do you spend a lot of time thinking about other men / enjoy the company of women but don’t really feel the attraction any more?

    If none of the above, maybe hang onto the Sako...

    @hotsoup

    Shoot like a tikka, lightweight, basically a poor mans carbonlight if you get a carbon stock, just without the class, refinement and with the tikka stigma (and if you're hell bent on 270 that stigma as well).

    They still go bang and things still die.

    Good honest rifle, a lightweight 270 will be a step up in recoil to manage.
    Shut up, get out & start pushing!

    Go for the Tikka T3x Superlite (specifically request Superlite, it comes with factory flutedbarrel)

    Can't go wrong, probably reconsider the calibre though.

    Yes I have one in 270, very light and accurate rifle. Can't go wrong really. I'm also running a vx3 but minus the stug stock.

    I have recently bought a T3x superlite in 7m rem mag and am very happy with it ,had barrel shortened 2 inches and DPT can fitted. Have found recoil much milder than expected, in fact I think my ole BLR 308 has more recoil. Its more an issue of controlling muzzle jump than recoil.
    Still getting used to shooting it but getting .5 MOA groups with Federal Fusion 150gr factory ammo which is all I have used so very happy.
