About LinkBacksYes it is cerakoted but was blued gun,don't like anything shinny on a gun so got it done. I've had same issues with my t3 as you where as the groups had a spray pattern on the target but since I was using the setup as per picture there was no way it could have been the scope ,mine was a plastic stock by the way and just in front of the action on both sides inside the barrel channel there are small lugs that I removed with a knife and BINGO gun was submoa!
Is yours plastic or wood?
