About LinkBacksIts not always about weight, the biggest advantage i found with carbon stocks is they shoot the same point of impact off any rest
bipod loaded or unloaded, shooting off a rock or a pack it doesn't matter im yet to find a plastic stock that will do this and carbon being a lighter is a added bonus not a game changer.
