Yeah, those boa straps are super handy.

Boa strap, wouldn't do it in my case. DPT have probably got the set wrong, in MHO if reversed the hot gases wouldn't would not have as much oppertunity to pass into the threads, and create this binding up effect. Great suppressors though.

Boring answer. I clean and lightly oil each time and haven't had an issue. For light binding, rubber dish washing gloves give enough traction to get the baffles apart.

I reckon the gasses would still get in, there's a lot of pressure in them there things when she blows!!! Unsure really why they need to be screwed together, the rest of the brands stay one piece generally for the life of the can or the rifle... Maybe I'm just being simple haha.

Now -- home on the range, more than hunting. It's dam easy to talley lots of shots. Agree different usage.
