    Some have it off for spook and shoot then on for long shots. A DPT is hardly going to break the back at a couple of hundred grams though.

    Suitable for a magnum?

    Damn it. I only bought the rifle for shits and giggles because it was cheap, but man I love shooting the 7mm RM. It would likely be with brake on or suppressor on since I'm too wimpy to use it naked. The conservation of momentum rule and my condition do not lend themselves to the 7mm RM without a little assistance.
