do you mean sight in with brake on? i.e. more likely to shoot longer ranges with the brake on requiring greater accuracy in those instances?

Put a radial brake on. Leave it off when you are walking/stalking. Put it on when you have time to set up properly. Sight in with brake off. Any difference at 100 yds or so will be minimal for the occasional animal.
I did this with my 7SAUM and it worked well.
