    What is a "tops rifle" anyway?

    And is it illegal to use a "bush pig" above a certain altitude, or a " tops rifle" below a certain altitude? Do they have minimum and maximum weights?

    So then I wonder what an "all rounder" might be like? Are there rules for them too?

    I find all of this very confusing.

    It's all just excuses to get another rifle past the Mrs. I think

    An old Parker Hale Safari in 3006 would take care all of the above. But then what we pull ourselves over...
