    Iv had an old USSR made toz (cock on closing) for perhaps 13 years. (to3 17-03 I think?) I really like it.
    Its lightweight, has dual extractors & very strong firing pin spring = super reliability. Very accurate, lightweight, and reliable rifle.
    I own only two .22s, the TOZ and a 10/22. I would certainly not swap it for a Norinco. I don't think id even swap it for a brand new t1x/cz or other comparable rimfire. Im perfectly content with it.
