Ask to speak to Operations Manager. Option 2 is to contact the media, TM usually reply to their inquiries knowing bad PR is a no no.
To OP, yes it's a pain, but the high number of morons who purchase large capacity magazines, then slap them into non-endorsed firearms really is the cause of the problem. Probably won't be long till magazine sales with require a P2P :-(
