    Tripods

    I'm going to buy a new camera tripod and looking for ideas on what guys are using. I want something reasonably lite only needs to be tall enough to clear rifle muzzle blast when videoing.

    the one i got with my leopould spotting scope seems to work well for the camera, bit of a hassle swapping base plates though, need to get a second one

    Slik Sprint Pro II. Light but adequately solid. Have yet to find anything better.

    Haven't tried one but it does look like a good bit of kit, and lighter than my budget one.
