Tru flite 284 win barrel. What's it worth?

What's everyones thoughts on the value of a tru flite 284win barrel. 22 inches long slim profile with deep flutes. Very light weight. Very low round count and the borescope confirms no nasty surprises lurk inside it. Tikka t3 thread. Currently threaded for a suppressor. Bought the rifle recently off a forum member who confirmed it shot very well.
Going down a different path with the rifle after buying cartmans 7mm wsm
    Cheers

well I would SUGGEST put it up forsale at say?? $300 above???lowest price you will be HAPPY TO ACCEPT and then drop price by $50 a week until someone buys it......the amount of people who ask if can rechamber 7mm08 barrel to .284 and get told most gunsmiths wont touch a tikka barrel, you should have little trouble to onsell this.

    $100 tops.

Truflite in my experience are average at best barrels, but that has only been my experience.

The 10 twist and length are the real issues though. too short and too slow.

Also, do you know who did the fluting?

Truflite make bloody good barrels from my experience. They’ve done 3 or 4 for me over the years, every one has been a tack driver. Their only downfall I’ve come across is a tendency to copper foul for first 50-100 rounds. Easily fixed with good cleaning techniques & cleaning agents (Boretech Eliminator).
The twist rate is not ideal for bigger pills but should be fine for 150s and possibly 162s. Could the barrel be shortened to 20in without going into flutes ? If yes I could be interested

I used sierra 160 grain in 1:10 twist in 7*61 for years. Extremely precise.

I'll measure it tonight and post up the details.
