The face on your was .073mm was close for 80% but had a dip in it? The top photo shows hacksaw type marks as well it's quite comman but in saying that a few I done they never wanted them trued an have shot well so I have been told as well.

I do 'recut the thread, I don't take it out to a standard I should but just go to where it will clean up an a minimum metal removal. It's hard to see but that above action thread face an lugs been done
