Akkar make a lot of guns in Turkey, Churchill,Altay, Karatey Memmet, etc, it appears now that they have categorised them in the latest cattledog for 2014.
Altay is now the name on all their semiautos. Does anyone know if the semiauto Chutrchill is just an older version of the Altay? I did see somewhere the Churchills were an inertia whereas the Akkar is gas according to other research?

I want a gas operated gun so would like to get a bit of knowledge before I go any further with it.

Yes Gadget, it would be. However I like my B gun, and with a new titanium shoulder I will fear no recoil, by about May next year.

This gun I like is a gas operated semi 28 gauge, for use while my arm is healing. No recoil, according to the interweb, so that must be true! Looks like a fun gun to shoot as well even if a man wasnt crippled up. I believe they even make ammo as large as 5 for it too, going 1450 fps.
Like i say, a perhaps gun. I just heard back from Turkey, they werent too helpful and sounded like they havent gotten over the whole Gallipoli thing.
