Interestingly, I compared a Viper HS LR 4-16x44 side-by-side with a Viper PST 4-16x44, and all three of us present agreed that the HS was significantly better optically than the PST.

For those looking at a PST, unless you really want the illum or FFP, try checking out the HS-T instead.
