    Yeah poor old vixens got some pitting about 15mm in from the muzzle. So first try to improve accuracy is an inch off the barrel and a recrown then next stop a new barrel. Ideally a 222 barrel. Hence the tikka barrel idea.

    Got a top man on the job. NZ hunter gunsmith Ian Gunn. If he cant fix it, no one can and then its the barrel option...

    If I cross the vixen with a tikka I might end up with an a7!!
