Thread: Vixen scopes

Is anybody using a vixen scope? I'm thinking about buying one for a 270. Anyone have any strong views for or against Vixen scopes? Any issues? Cheers guys.

I used one once on a mates 22 mag I was very surprised in the quality of the glass for the money. I can't remember the model but he said it was around 400$ and I would have put it on par with the zeiss conquest range.

Using 4-16 Side focus model - on my 17HMR and have used for the last 6 months.

Perfect in this role and the glass is great for the money. From memory $560 from reloaders. My only request as my others (Leupold/vortex) is to have an external elevation dial as having this would elevate to an even higher level. But really happy with this scope.

From memory they are produced in the Light Optical Works (LOW) factory in Japan which produces glass for some of the Big Name brands.

put one on my sons 223. really happy with it. good value for money.
