I've got one of these currently on my .22 CZ and I have to the quality of the glass is fantastic. Clear right to the edge and value for money really really good. I compared it to a Bushnell (one with the Tac knobs one) and actually it was better, and a number of guys in the shops had to begrudgingly agree.

It has a adjustable objective that goes right down to very short distances, which is why it found its way onto my CZ for indoor sporting rifle and silhouette shooting. The eye piece is quite very wide with good eye relief in all shooting positions (never had to crane to get a good sight picture in the scope like some with smaller eye relief) and a diopter if you need to use that.

The only drawback was with the throw of the bolt on the CZ, is because the big eyepiece it gets quite close to the (I guess you call it eyepiece barrell). but I've amended my bolt throw action slightly and its sweet. I guess that will differ on rifle manufacturer to manufacturer.

This was bought to go on my 223 varmint I was going to buy originally some months ago, but I've gone another way to a 700 BDL that had fine glass on it so its staying on the .22lr for the foreseeable.

I ordered mine through a NZ shop because it seemed to fit the bill from SM Marsden's the agent in CHCH and bought for around $400 the Bushnell was at least double that. I know of at least 1 shop up here who is now thinking about stocking them in their line up as a result of seeing this one. I was told the Glass in the version 2 is the same as the viper? Not sure but this might account for a few things. Also was told the Crossfire 2 is a definite improvement from the first version.

If you're shooting 300 WSM use some of the relative savings on good to excellent rings, I've put Warnes on mine.

If you want to see it on the 22 and the bolt closeness thingey - let me know and I'll post pics for you.
