    Vortex Dimondback 10x32 binos

    Any opinions on the above?
Thinking about a light weight, mid sized pair of binos and was wondering if anyone has any of these. I have heard good things about the brand but they seem too cheap to be much good.

I have the 10x42 and they are great. Tested back to back against 2 or 3 other $1k binos, and the Vortex are just as good if not marginally better.

Ok. Thanks @GWH. They are selling them for about $120NZ in a few places which seems bloody cheap but I am starting to err towards some Kowa"s I have found on line. Or maybe some Nikon Monarch 7s. They are both a lot more expensive than the Vortex though.

Kowa. Japanese brand. Read some good things about them. Also, because they are not well known here the US shops don't seem to have any import restrictions on them.

If you can get the Diamondback 10x32 for NZ$120, let me know and I'll buy 100 of them...
