    Vx Freedom & S1 turret

    Hi all. I have a VX freedom scope with the big numbers on the elevation dial. I also have an S1 turret I want to fit. Has anyone here removed the finger turret from a Vx freedom scope?. Can it be done without breaking it?

    My S1 dial would not fit my Vx freedom or vx1, the slots in the scope were way too small.

    I used an old style bottle opener to remove the numbered dial

    I got impatient and decided to just find out, It did just pop off, I also now see what you were getting at with regard to it not fitting. I am going to have a go at making an adapter.
