I have a 4.5-14 x40 in 25mm. It's well worth a look at for size, weight and performance.

I have a VX3 LR 4.5-14x40 B&C with 30mm tube & side adjust parallax on my 7mm RM. Rate it very highly for the price. Plenty of magnification to hit deer at 500yds and having the 4.5 as my min zoom means snap shots up close are not out of the question. Nice light, low profile, robust scope with repeatable dials (CDS) and brings in plenty of light for a 40mm objective. Wouldn't bother with a ballistic reticle next time though, especially after installing a CDS dial for elevation.
