@Makros I dropped mine back to H&F to send up to NZ-Asia Trading Co Ltd to sort out. Just make sure you write down what you want sorted and get that sent with the scope. When I got my scope sent away the first time the written description of what was needing attention from the H&F staff member really didn't help out. This is exactly the text that they sent off with the scope ( 'Fuzzy AND NOT IN FICUS SPECK IN ONE THE LENS')

When I sent it away again, I learnt my lesson and provided a written explanation of what needed sorted and also provided a diagram of where the speck was in relation to the crosshairs so it wouldn't be missed again.
